I published a few pages from a crackpot nutritionist who said that Nicotine, and Trans-Fat were good for you. Funny, huh? Now comes this report from "reputable researchers" (oxymoron?) who say low levels of Trans-Fat may cause prostate cancer!! AND so can eating too much fish.

What's a hypochondriac to do?

Sometimes I order my vitamins  from a mail order company called PURITAN'S PRIDE. They often have a special where they sell three bottles for the price of one. How can they do that? By only filling the bottles a third of the way!! After this picture-- that shows the contents of ONE BOTTLE-- I combined all three into one.
