Redux: Cellphones the next Cigarettes

I've been predicting this for years. Cellphones will become the next cigarettes, with warning labels, and NO CELLPHONE areas in restaurants... maybe a complete ban. I got this today from my assemblywoman. Click on it if it's too small to read:
